CORRESPONDING SECRETARY

The duties of the Corresponding Secretary shall be to
+ Keep a record of the names and addresses of members supplied by the Treasurer
+ Handle all the business correspondence of the Association
+ Perform duties properly required of the office
+ Collect and distribute mail except for bank statements
+ The Corresponding Secretary shall organize and maintain all written Association
correspondence in an Association Correspondence Folders
+ These correspondence folders are to be organized chronologically and may encompass
multiple volumes
+ This Association Correspondence Book is to contain an Association Roster Section
+ This Association Correspondence Book is to be passed on to the newly elected Cor-
responding Secretary in the November Board Meeting.
It is the responsibility of the Corresponding Secretary to:
+ Create the annual roster of membership to include name, home address, email address
and telephone numbers. This roster is to designate whether member is a life or annual
member and whether the member is non-resident
+ This Association roster is to be established annually in January and provided to:
the Treasurer for use in budgeting
the Membership Committee Chairman
+ This annual roster is to be updated as needed
+ A copy of this current Association Roster is to be kept in a database
